Gene thanks, Why do i have a notion of the smear on Tern was a campaign by professional short players to scare and intimated investors out of Tern during the heart of the correction. If these fraud charges were really true? the stock would not be reacting this way on the news as of late which hasn't been to shabby relative to its peers. I haven't read any evidence of fraud or misrepresentation in the Sec. The think the stock was washed out with bath water like every thing else. Many stocks look very tempting at these prices. My Broker says a top analyst at Morgan Stanely thinks we're about 16 percent undervalued on the techs. i have been doing well with Jdsu on the May and June 125 cover calls for income and swinging it with a few between 80 and 100, a good play that's working.
