Yes, we agree on most things ... i know you from lurking Feelies and DAR ... and Kahuna some time ago ... mostly there i am just musing out loud, don't feel i really have an answer [though if offered the position of President of the World i'd likely accept since i don't know anybody better, lol]. It's easy to sit back and criticise, especially in hindsight, and of course that is the major parte of what we do ... much more difficult to look ahead and plan actions with positive results ... i think we have some basic principles down though ... like Crosby Stills said - 'Teach your children'.
