No, you wouldn't have wanted to go to Cuba, China, the old Soviet Union to get more money because you would have had even less money in those places. But, let's say for example, you were offered during your tough times, a very nice position in Switzerland or Saudi Arabia, greatly improving your standard of living. Would you have left the U.S. for those places?
