On one of the rare Ophra shows I caught, it was suggested to be okay to fantasize that your partner was someone else. Been there and never done that. Maybe I've been awfully lucky, but I've always wanted my partner so much that a fantasy about someone else would be a bit superfluous. (Except for those few occasions when it was so awful that a fantasy about someone else could not possibly have saved the situation!)
