MOT tried it a couple of times, Ericy felt the pain and
capitulated, IDCC next?

MOT has stolen from everyone. ERICY blundered.

IDCC has the goods. It's really that simple. They have been spending the last so many years developing core CDMA and TDMA technologies for the next generation. Now that it is upon us, there is nothing QCOM or anyone else can do about it.

Ask yourself, would Nokia pay IDCC $70+ million dollars for a handful of American engineers?

Why is DoCoMo embracing IDCC's technology?

Why didn't UbiNetics go to ERICY for GPRS technology?

IDCC's technology is for real, and NOK has tapped it at bargain prices.
