It's great that someone is taking action against these boards IMO. It sounds to me like there are about 5 million shares O/S in Enviro-tech. An additional 5 million shares have been voted in by the current board. I remember one large stock holder held about 600,000 shares of CSMA before the "spin-off" took place. That amounts to about 2% of the company. By the time the "spin-off" took place I only had about 17,000 CSMA shares left. So I am a very minor stock holder. However I'm still very interested in what can be done about getting some kind of return on what little I do hold. Because I sold at a loss of about $40,000. :o( Good Luck to past csma stock holders!
