MOAT, I picked up the Annual report from the company today. It looks impressive. It is law that each company sends out their Annual report, but how many of them really do it. Especially the pennies. MOAT has sent their Annual report out. You should be getting it in the mail any day now. They say they have over 900 shareholders. It even mentions where they are purchasing nearly 2 million shares in the open market. The company said they have been purchasing stock and when it is finalized they will make an announcement on it. Yes, they do have news. It will be out soon. No definitive date, but we will be seeing something from them soon. They have numerous projects under way. Remain patient and average down. Good things to come from MOAT. Cheers RG
