TED spread dropped sharply from 83 to 66 last week. Very surprising considering credit market and FOREX turbulence. Something that the bears must come to grips with.

OT, Haim, India is a SW powerhouse due to dirt cheap labor, though most of the sw done there is for verification, testing or enhancements to sw done here. None of the companies that I deal with will put critical sw development over there. tp
