double click on each stock listed under candlestick pattern and then just to the top left of the chart click on candle guru button and it will give you an explanation of the pattern it detects. This in itself will not tell you whether to buy or sell but can alert you to possible future moves.

You will need to read up on Candles sticks.. "Candlestick charting explained" by Gregory L. Morris is one of the best.
