The tragic story is another thing, however. No wonder it pains you to talk about it.

Reid, I have a large watercolor of the same view of MIT hanging over my desk as I write. It reminds me of the very large checks we used to write to MIT when my daughter was there. She says she used to know someone named Reid at the SAE house about twenty years ago. Sound familiar?
