Thanks. I followed most of that. I think. The implementation cost will be higher for the infrastructure than the GPS, but the network solution is cheaper for the end user than buying a new handset. Did I get that right? What is a legacy device market btw. Also, does the last line of the first paragraph mean that GPS costs are basically linear because of the handsets, while the CLQ solution would be more exponential. ie- Much higher initially, but decreasing dramatically with more users.

I would appreciate any further review by your friends. The stock is testing recent lows and trying to make a triple bottom. If it holds, and the hypothesis in the report look feasible, I would like to add to my position. It is however, already my biggest holding and I want to make sure it has more than just potential before I go hog wild. Thanks.
