Dave, It is very clear that the AMDroids are intensely threatened by the combination of Willamette with RDRAM. This explains the intense effort to push DDR as a rival to RDRAM. Moreover, they are already loosing the benchmark games to INTC equipped with RDRAM. It will only get worse when Willamette launches with its 400 MHZ FSB. AMD has nothing to match Willy. AMD would like to be able to enter the server market but it looks like that their entrance there will be severely challenged by INTC new entries. I suspect that AMD stock will top out and begin a retreat as soon as these trends are confirmed in the market. JK
