OT - <The Willamette wines are Oregon wines....palatible in a pinch. We let them participate because, of course, they are neighbors. I don't even want to hear it Milo, Ptanner, Ten, et al....LOL.>

But would you also allow Idaho wines to participate? I remember years back it was interesting to learn that one of the "Idaho" vintages was actually mostly Washington grown grapes... more than 50% perhaps.

ted, OT

So you know this wine festival? Well, there are friends from Washington visiting Switzerland for two weeks from June. (We are going to make a nice detour to the mountains and to Italys Piedmont, where one could believe people are living just to entertain their palates). My friends tell me more about this festival.

Would be nice to meet you there. BTW, I still dream about once being able to catch some bottles from 'Leonetti Cellars' or 'Andrew Will'. Must be great juice. That's my safest 'pick' tip I can give you right now.
