Hi A.L.: Thanks for you note (and your enjoyable posts, btw). To be right up front: I have not spent any time delving into the details surrounding "New ICO", but my cursory understanding is the Big McC is going to reorient ICO from a voice MSS to a more data centric creature that does some voice "on the side". I could be all wet here, as I have purposefully ignored ICO until the New Plan is revealed, which according to a Bloomberg story i just saw (http://quote.bloomberg.com/fgcgi.cgi?s=AORxNxxWaVGVsZWRl&T=marketsquote99_news.ht) looks like the wraps will be coming off on Wednesday. <G management in my subjective report card has moved up in the last thirty days from grade "F" to a "D"*> A.L., what changes have you witnessed over the last month? Management (translation: BLS) doesn't seem too different to me. I grant you that there have been some things happening on schedule (or even early!) recently, but I'm still not sure I see what you see. p.s. I'm not trying to imply that management deserves an "F." I'm merely looking for your viewpoint.
