Just more press on the MSFT vs. Slashdot "Battle of the Titans".

MSFT does have "innovative" contracts. This is what happens when lawyers have kids. (HEY ... HEY ... it's a JOKE! My brother's a lawyer ... relax kids.)

Thanks to slashdot.org

Enjoyed your post. Many of my friends think MSFT has done no wrong. Of course, they haven't even read anything about the facts of the case. Maybe Mr. Ed can put his spin on the DOJ's Findings of Fact.

I'd still rather buy IFMX at one times sales with best of breed products than MSFT at eighteen times sales with long in the tooth products and a miserable OS. Not to mention YEARS and YEARS of lawsuits ahead of it. There's still more downside than upside to MSFT stock.

Let Freedom Ring.
