Lab, In GG own words of releasing before market trades.
The problem with emailing the company name ahead of time is that at the Yahooligans will inevitably get it and nullify the purpose of the notification. 4/25/00
Better to have a few subscribers make some money than potentially none.

Why don't they release the report about 10 minutes before the market opens? Then the recommended stock will be halted and open at a price once the imbalance is settled.

Unless you are suggesting that "being touted by the GTR" be added to the Acts of God trading-halt stipulations of the exchange charters, the only place where trading will halt is the AMEX, because it is incompetent. Nasdaq issues can be easily traded premarket.

BTW, received a mailer today for what looks like a new Gilder letter promoting PowerChips. The outside envelope had a big picture of QCOM's 1999 stock chart--and the quote was something like "the next Qualcomm". Inside he tells you how much money he could have made you if you'd just listened to him. But now he's going to make you even more money...in PowerChips! Act now for half off. What if I just want the Ginsu knife?
