Actually, AMD has said revenue from Dresden before the end of q2 (http://www.amd.com/news/prodpr/20054.html ):

AMD continues to expect first revenues from AMD Athlon family processors produced in Fab 30 utilizing its leading edge HiP6L 0.18 copper interconnect technology at the end of the second quarter of 2000.

Based on the numerous public statements Jerry has made at the conference calls and at the annual meeting, it seems exceedingly unlikely that the on-die cache problems have not been rectified. I will also make a not very bold prediction-- Dresden initial top-speed will be at least 1.1 GHz.

Dan3.
RE:"Hasn't AMD claimed that there would be no revenue shipments from Dresden till H2?"

This is not true. Jerry has stated that Dresden will contribute to Q2 revenue on at least one occasion.
