Spiegel isn't listed in the company's most recent proxy, however, in a previous proxy filed in
April 1999, he is called a vice president and general manager.

Does this make sense??

Whenever I see news like that (and we've seen dozens of them), I have to think whoever buys amzn as an investment is just a greater fool. But don't let the new economy converts hear that.
