That isn't a positive. Makes me think that he'll leave in a year. Better to get a solid manager from a successful tech company that has shown some dedication in a position. Maybe some ATHM posters like KB, Gpowell, Grace, Ed, Ah, and yourself should apply to head up the marketing department. At least they would have selected someone who has a grasp of the company.
