Claude,

<<The stock is worth min $10 on liquidation>>

You know that you cannot get anywhere close to the value of the assets if they were sold on liquidation. You most likely get 50 cents on the dollar.

If cash is $2.40 and bids have come in for $7-$8 per share for the property and were rejected, then the stock is not worth $10 on liquidation. Why as an investor would I pay anywhere close to $10 if I know it is the maximum potential value I could get from someone else. It is normal that FGX trades at a much lower level if there is no possibility of another suiter to come in and bid higher.

The only things that can help the share price is a surprise bidder to come out of the blue, a gold rally or a discovery on Marlin. But please don't compare Marlin to Luicho because while there is not a single drill hole on the Luicho property, everything else points to a big resource. Yes it still has to be proven but it's like China, I've never been there but I know it's there.
