Tip, I especially like the first recommendation, double up your holdings and hold the total for 31 days. First of all, since most brain dead bulls are margined to the max, there is the question of how. After that, one has to wonder if, in a bull market, you may lose a lot more than your tax liability.

The buy the second best strategy has been around since the 40s, when it was known as "Buy Ford." Though Ford has had its ups and downs, it hasn't been a great holding most of those years. <g>
