During this process is where the engineers will have to deal with the the large scale production technologies. Also validate the cost effectiveness. I am not saying it won't work and 3 to 5 years should be long enough for the engineers to work out the wrinkles and show proof of concept and cost, assuming they have sufficient funds to get the work done. Doug, I do not know you, but this project is speculative, and at this time I personally would only put gambling money on the game. Joan
