Agreed. I merely wanted to clarify the company's EBITDA B/E statement.

OK, here is an issue that I worry about:

I don't know enough about the specifics of the chip technology, but I have concerns about production. If, in fact, DARS is as well received as I anticipate, I'm afraid that there will be chip capacity constraints. With fab utilization rates so high, I think this is a fair concern.

For example, Mike Smith (CEO of GMH) has stated that set top box production for DirecTV was, in fact, limited in 1999 due to chip manufacturing capacity. With the auto partners looking to (perhaps) ramp up sooner than expected, this is something that needs to be managed properly.

The execution of the technical aspects of this business remain first, and foremost, in my mind. Demand will not be an issue.
