Knowing how much you love to compare/know about other satellite network rates/services, would you like to do the Australian comparison thing between Optus's MobileSat utilitarian laptop/notebook sized Satellite Service's various rate plans at (http://www.cwo.com.au/content/MSatServDesc.doc) and Vodafone Globalstar's sexy handset Service rates at (http://qa-www.globalstar.com.au/pricing/tariff_tables/call_plans/call_plans.htm) ?

I'm not sure what your point is

My point is: if you will not forget in the future that plain ol' standard Inmarsat Mini-M utilitarian laptop/notebook sized (H x W x D, 52 mm x 270 m x 200 mm., 2.2 kg - incl. handset, battery pack and antenna) service prices range from:

$2.10/min to $2.90/min

(as per (http://www.glocall.com/css.html & station12.com and

not "Inmarsat's price of 3$ (I've never seen anything less than that, btw)" as you stated in Oct in (#reply-11665760) and i had corrected you back then in (#reply-11666902)
and then again this weekend
not "generally never lower than 3$/minute" as you stated in (#reply-13706104) and where i then had to correct in you again in (#reply-13706162),

my point will have been: made.

My interest is solely in accuracy and correctness of information posted here for our esteemed readers. I've come to expect shooting from the hip, conjecture, over stuffed arm chair postulations and errant promulgations from the A@P's, Sword's and Robert Grutza's of the world, but not from our very own Rocket Scientist!

"Just the honest facts please!"

Best Regards,
Geoff
