How pathetic; retail outlets that don't even know the product exists, let alone that their company is responsible for marketing and sales. This is what steams me the most. The extra time granted by the 12sat rocket failure was to be used to prepare the troops and develop strategy, etc. Instead, nothing but sitting on their keesters. I understand you can't sell a service that doesn't exist, but surely you can educate and train sales people of whats to come. Just another indication that service providers don't give a crap about G. Wake up Bernie, these guys have their head up their #&. Instead of complaining, perhaps we could endeavor to undertake a grass roots marketing campaigne to educate the Verizons of the world. Let's take our phones to their shops and give them a demonstration. Perhaps G* could give us some brochures to give them too. In fact, send us some phones, we could even make a few sales. It would be far more effective than what's going on now. Incredible.
