I guess few were interested in the details of UltraSparc III then. Maybe that will change. By the way, Sun's microprocessor design team is not noted to be top notch. But, USIII should allow Sun to leapfrog over IBM S80 in performance when it debuts. It is suppose to debut in .18um technology at around 750MHz. The IBM S80s are still in .25um technology.
