Company Press Release Check Assays New Zone The Bonanza Ledge VANCOUVER, Canada--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 13, 2000--Richard Hall, Ph.D, P Eng., has reported to the Board of Directors of International Wayside Gold Mines Ltd. (the Company), the duplicate assays (reject check assay) listed below for BC2K-10 and BC2K-12 on the new zone on the foot wall side of the BC Vein (see News Release 00-12 April 9, 2000). This new zone will now be referred to as the Bonanza Ledge. The area of the new discovery at the turn of the century was referred to as the Bonanza Ledge and renamed the BC Vein in early 1930's by Cariboo Gold Quartz Mining Company Ltd. Acme Analytical Labs Ltd., of Vancouver did the original assay for both holes. Rejects for BC2K-10 were sent to TSL Laboratories Inc. in Saskatoon, and the rejects for BC2K-12 were sent to ALS Chemex Labs Inc. in North Vancouver.
