So I gathered, and thanks again. Your publications here are most interesting. You mentioned cap gains; short term gains (<12 months) seem implied to be tax exempt for you also(?). Such environments are suddenly of central concern to me, perhaps others would also benefit from your experience. Would you permit me to selfishly inquire on your local climate, internet service, living costs, and access to beaches, etc? Congratulations on your situation! Best, SAF
