Well, in this case the actions of the mother have led to a situation where a state not her own is in a position to make a decision regarding their child [i.e. the child of two people, Elisabet and Juan Miguel] ... yes, that's true, as far as it goes.

Now, will that state violate the family law of our species, or not?
... that's the question ... and i sure know what i'd want my state to rule.
