The Worth magazine special actually has a good article
about market psychology, written by Jim Kubak "The self aware Investor".
In this article,Jim states that after a market correction, investor's psychology goes through the phases of denial, depression and finally acceptance. I think he is dead on.
I still see the market being in the phase of denial - a lot of the thinking that led to the parabolic rise in tech stocks (valuations don't matter, momentum investing, etc.) is still alive.
