It could be that so many O&G stocks are still trading at around 2X cashflow.

It'll come arounf as the whole market picks up on oil stock.

3X CF is cheap, but 2X is ever better.

Igor, I haven't done the DD, but a source that I trust says the majority of their production comes from one field. If this is so, the lack of diversification, and dependence on this one field may be the reason.

Like I said, I didn't do the DD... check out the source of their revenue. If it indeed comes mainly from one field, this might explain it.
