BKHM.. nice new one for us to ponder. BKHM has come out on many scans and chart breakouts. Every correction has turned into a very nice 1-3 day swing trade.

San Francisco--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 2000-- Initiating Coverage:

Bookham Technology (NASDAQ:BKHM - news) Buy Arun Veerappan, Semiconductor Devices

``The ongoing move toward greater optical content within a communications network, the potential for accelerating outsourcing of optical component innovation and production by equipment makers and the as yet nascent move to optical component integration will likely substantially elevate the growth rates for merchant optical component vendors over the coming years,'' said Veerappan. ``As a pioneering designer of merchant optical components and an experienced developer of proprietary optical component manufacturing technology using standardized silicon processes, we believe that Bookham could prove to be a large beneficiary.''

Once again, the weekly BioMedTech Index of Under $30 Stocks can be found at biobiznet.com. It looks like the index was down 6.7% over the week. No standouts. BLUD and AVIR are holding up with +0.7% and +0.6%, respectively. ADVR is worth buying now on the dip.
Regards,
Jake Blackmerlin
