Tip, I know about American Century, as it used to be 20th Century and Benham. Benham was a great fixed income manager. 20Th Century was an equity momentum dummy company that has made good during the bubble. However, I remember them in the early 70s and to say they had problems would be a gross understatement. <g>

I do not know the individual portfolio manager, but it looks like a Benham crew, so it might be a good bet.

I have never heard of Vontobel. That doesn't mean they aren't good, but it is rare for there to be a fixed income manager of any consequence who hasn't talked to me at one time or another. <g>
