I guarentee Nok will either 1)Buy a Korean Chip maker, 2)Buy ASICS outright or 3)Buy the design's or architecture from QCOM.

Could Intel possibly be making a play here as well? Would a QCOM ASIC licensee count for number 3?

IMO, It would make an appropriate splash for Intel to go after NOK even though DSP hasn't had much success to date in cdma.

Just another possibility....
