Jerry,

1. Start QPnf, and bring up a chart -- say CSCO, daily chart.

2. Go to the View menu and turn off price objectives, both at trendlines and at breakouts/breakdowns.

3. Go to the View menu and turn off Trend lines, support/resistance lines.

4. Go to the Edit Menu and Choose Chart Parameters.

5. Click Save as Default and then click OK.

Now any new charts you open will have the same setup, clean chart with no lines. Basically Save as Default saves the current state of the chart for all future charts. And this will be saved so that whenever you bring up QPnf, and open a new chart, this state will be maintained.
