Justin, What Cisco is doing is trying to get the technology but especially the engineering talent. That is the "Crown Jewels" going forward. A very good friend of mine is the Chief technology officer at a high tech company and his biggest problem he has had to deal with the last 4 or 5 years is finding skilled and "experienced" engineers. Cisco is looking for solutions on all fronts. There is just no way they can cover all of this "in house". Telecomunications is going through the biggest change in it's history right now and there is no slowdown in sight going forward. Instead of five or six solutions to a communications problem there will soon be hundreds. Eric
