MP3 is actually more dangerous to the RIAA than deCSS to the MPAA.

My assumption is that in the computing power and bandwidth available will be so great and so cheap that both are equally at risk. You will be able to play music or video stored on somebody else's computer via Napster or similar technology if your connection is fast enough.

Anyway, this (potential piracy) couldn't happen to the nicer people <g>. But not to worry. They are really in it for the art, not for the bucks <g>.
