Guess there are "2" in the recent trouble implementing SAP "annals of history."

I hope that was meant as a joke! There are so many "trouble implementing SAP" stories in the trade literature in recent years, one could do a book a year, or more. Enough, in fact, that one wonders whether anyone ever does it easily.

All in all, SAP seems to me to be grand example of the power of being the current king of the hill, especially when being king has little to do with the merit of the solution one is offering.
