samim anbarcioglu, it's quite easy to dismiss arguments that are not popular with the home team isn't it?

it simply does not matter and does not change the agreement.

Who is talking about changing the agreement? Did even you take the time to understand the message?

The original agreement has limitations. Two serious limitations. One is the 10mhz spread; the other is that IPR developed & recognized after March 1995 intersect the CDMA2000 platform. (Hint: the '94 agreement specifies which of IDCC's patents are and are not licensed to QCOM for use in ANY system.)

InterDigital says this is true. Call them and ask for yourself. Huffing and puffing won't change the truth.
