and to continue the conspiracy...

How does an a Broker initiate coverage...does a company have to pay for the coverage....if so, how is this done..directly? Sorry for sounding dumb..but I truly don't know...

I was wondering if a Broker can pick up stock on the open market...say a few hundred shares over a period of time and then initiate coverage...in hopes of having a stock that will appreciate in value

If this can happen, then why couldn't Russ and gang hope for this to happen.... is this type of scenerio allowed...??
