michael s Totally unnecessary to tip unless you think the pro has gone overboard in the amount of time spent above and beyond the call of duty. The pro sets his fees according to supply and demand and is compensated fairly. Your fees and the satisfaction of helping someone should be compensation enough. On top of that, you sound like you will be a continuing customer as well as a walking business card for him. tc

michael, Glad the cow addressed this, as I really did not know. I have never tipped my pro for the reasons the cow addressed. I did bring him a lot of new business, and he seems to be pretty happy about that. Good luck to you. Everyone, Harrington...dam I feel bad for this guy. Yes, you can say that he is a pro and should know better, but everyone can make a mistake. Pretty costly one for him as I think his chances of holding his lead would have been pretty good. He took the loss with class and I have a lot of respect for him, "we live by the rules". A gentleman. How about that GTE finish? Drama, and again NEVER COUNT THE TIGER OUT. That would have been a great play-off to see those four. I wonder how many pairs of pink pants get sold today. lol Have a good one all, and oh yea I played terrible this weekend. It was very cold here, and I play like a robot when it gets cold. Hope you had some good weather. Keep swingin. TH
