Tim, I believe you raise very good points on XRX, When you think about it we see very little entrepreneurial corporate innovation coming out of CT. considering it's between NY and Boston. (other than the investment bankers in Greenwich etc.) I have fielded questions about XRX, so some folks want to believe. anecdotally, I was not impressed with their printer, scanners, copies when I was shopping 2 months ago. they had a paid representative at BBY to answer questions, but you need to have the product.
