Thanks for the link. I saw another industry-expert's report, predicting a crisis as early as this Fall. The refining sector is hurting really bad. Will send you the link when I find it. Ram

John, I don't think that an oil crisis is imminent. The Saudi know that if crude stays above about $33 for too long, a gusher of alternatives become cost effective, including GTL and of course all those Canadian tar sand ( the Canadian tar sands are profitable to extract at $30/barrel and some say even less). They don't want these resources to be put on line to compete with their $2 or less cost crude, IMHO.
