Shareholder Equity in ATTP made a nice jump up according to the 10-Q just filed. * Sales from existing operations are up 43% over last year. * Cash position improved - primarily as a result of private investment for "restricted" shares. (I wonder if this was from an investment banker?) * Total Stockholders' Equity went UP to $204,009 as of March 31, 2000 vs a Total Stockholders' deficit of (17,696) as of Dec 31, 1999 (previous report). This is a pretty significant improvement, in my opinion. * If they complete the acquisition of Beeper Boutiques, it could be a powerful benefit. From statements in this 10-Q and the last 10-K, it appears that Beeper Boutiques is generating pretty healthy profits.
