SSP, I'd like to request that CARH be added to the Golden List. I spoke with IR, Mike Keller this morning to confirm the stockholder meeting on June 1 to vote for the four for one stock split. Talk about excitement. Mr. Keller is very enthusiastic, but cautious with what he will tell you about the ongoing activity going on with the company. This meeting is just a formality for stockholders; the board has already approved the split and the announcement will happen very shortly after the meeting. Per Mr. Keller, "The company is debt free and has four major sources of revenue." Mr. Keller couldn't go into much detail about the expected upcoming PR's mentioned by John in this post of his. Message 13537552 So far, the company is coming through with the news, and good news at that. I would like an initial impact date of June 2, 2000 for the news of the stockholder meeting results. I am requesting a second impact date of June 23 for the latest date for the actual split(I believe it will be sooner than that). Mr. Keller could not give an exact date for the split, but said it would be very shortly after the June 1 meeting. As a final note: I will be pounding on the table for you guys to get CARH; as I have been with SGNT. Message 13537552
