The point still is that even after the long decline, ATHM is not clearly undervalued.

I can make a strong case for ATHM being 50%, undervalued, and 100% undervalued by making certain assumptions. Valuation depends primarily on how much risk is assigned to those future revenue/earnings projections, all else being equal.

The new agreements with the MSOs, including AT&T's control, indicate clearly that the MSO's are betting their futures with ATHM's. The risk associated with ATHM should have been adjusted down considerably.
