As i posted b4, one of my freind was asked to close a joint account (buy selling shares) or they will physiaclly mail the shares. this was his scenario. His brother(primary) + he His sister (primary) + he. He got a call that he cannot be a secondary in 2 accounts because of new policy. he said to wit that he will not do it and further wit will be responsible if they just mail certificates and he is caught up in market fluctuations. the WIT guy never called him and i guess he is fine. it may be etrade may have told wit they are not going to pay for duplicate custumers for Wit and wit tried an unsuccessful stunt. Also he said to the wit guy to give him in writing.
