Anniversary Sequel to 'Easy Rider' Film is Fully Funded and Production is
Scheduled to Start in September

LOS ANGELES, May 15, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Miracle Entertainment,
Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: MVEEE), a diversified film and production company today
announced that it has obtained worldwide rights to produce the sequel to Easy
Rider. The Company will begin filming the sequel to the cult classic film in
September. The film will commemorate the 30 year anniversary of the film's
original release.

Tony Cataldo, CEO of Miracle Entertainment stated, "This is a tremendous
opportunity for the Company. This is the type of film that presents multiple
revenue opportunities through licensing of merchandise and products. Already we
have received great interest from a number of companies which is likely to
increase once we begin production."

The film is fully funded through the company's $150 million off balance sheet
production financing program. This program ensures that the film will receive
nationwide distribution on a full complement of screens in the United States.
