Nonsense. I have seen people without education in the specialty outperform Ph.D.'s with years of experience in the specialty. What counts is raw talent. All the credentials in the world can not substitute for talent. Amadeus is a good example of this phenomenom.

Frequently, education is simply a way for people to get their "tickets punched".
