....all input is good input I know what you're trying to say, AG, but I must disagree. Constructive criticism is often useful and should always be welcomed, but personal attack is usually destructive. I don't recall reading any direct or explicit public personal attack by Tom in this recent discussion. Those who chose to publicly vent their personal criticism would have been better advised to keep it private, in my humble opinion. Sure, criticize the service DWA offers all you like, and while I don't question the validity or invalidity of anyone's personal criticism, I don't think it advances the discussion at all. For a while there, I wondered if people were talking about Tom Dorsey or Bobby Knight!
